Check out the cool things happening in Mr. Sylvestre's digital design class!
Students were given the challenge to design a race car with certain specifications. The cars had to be able to fit on the blue race track and the wheels should be able to spin freely. Working in groups, students first designed the cars on graph paper and then they used 3D design software to build the car in the 3D world. The cars were then printed on a 3D printer. Today, students raced their cars down the track and compared the performance of their designs.
