GMS Team Winners compete in the Annual Spelling Bee.
Smithfield Public Schools will be on a one hour delay for Tuesday, January 22, 2018 due to prepare for icy conditions around our schools. 12 month employees should report on time.

New science lab stools ready to be deployed to rooms 105 and 107 tomorrow.
Second floor furniture delivery and deployment is going smoothly at GMS. Six classrooms will have new desks in the morning. Others will be done tomorrow evening. New student chairs arrive on Thursday's truck.

Geography Bee team winners competed in the School Bee this morning. Adam Turner will represent Gallagher at the State Geography Bee. Congratulations to all of the team winners and good luck to Adam at the state competition.
NFL Heart of a Hall of Famer program held at GMS. Some sixth graders participated in the live webinar featuring Andre Tippett from the New England Patriots. More info in our news story . . .
